slave to dance?
oh dear, i dun believe i'm missing yet another floorball gathering for dance rehearsals. DAMN! Sigh.. I can't help but think that i've failed being a friend. This is not the first time i've missed social events. i missed hanging out with my non dance friends.. a lot!
i think i really have to draw the line. cause as long as i agree to performances there's gonna be a lot more unforeseen events which i have to miss.
dancing is very fun. i enjoy learning the moves, and especially performing it. Its time i moved on, i should.. i dun want to end up being a slave to dance. It shouldnt be like that. I never liked doing too much of something. At the same time its too tempting: Hip Hop performance at MOS for the school freshmen bash! (Its Ministry of Sound for Crying out loud!!); then there's the possible Salsa 'finale item' for the post convo concert. And then there's the Salsa Hip Hop routine, which i seriously doubt i can pull thru..
i hope i dun end up a slave to dance, or am i already in chains?
on another note, i gotta start looking for a job, do what a normal Graduand would do: send out resumes. Its quite high time i start doing so.. eventhough i havent really slack/rested enuff with Rummage just over and more performances coming up.. gotta organize my messy life again. I thought of a list of things to do to get the ball rolling...
1. organize laptop: organize pictures, clear space, etc.
2. organize Resume: update my resume AND find my misplaced (i hope theyre not LOST) original certificates.
3. clear mess in bedroom [Read: (a) folded, disarrayed clothes not arranged in a meaningful pattern OUTSIDE the wardrobe & (b) 'study' table filled with some (a)]
more to come!
